It has brought about the realization that the whole world is inside us : in our perspectives and in our heart! That to be able to find peace, we must be at peace with ourselves first ; and to truly enjoy life, we must enjoy who we are, and once we learn how to master this, we will be protected from everything that makes us feel like we cannot go on.  And with this gift of recognizing ourselves, even when we are alone, we'll never be lonely!!
